One contract. Five layers of capability.
A client should not have to act as systems integrator on their own programme. We appoint the specialists for each layer, coordinate them, and carry the accountability across all of them.
Two named partners cover the inputs that most often determine when a programme can begin: the facility itself, and certified campus capacity with a committed power envelope.
| Layer | Delivered by | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Facility | Master Power Technologies | Turnkey data centre construction, uninterruptible power and standby generation, DX, adiabatic and liquid cooling, containment and security, Uptime Institute certification, and AIVA predictive monitoring. |
| Space | Digital Parks Africa | Carrier-proximate campus and colocation capacity, contracted against the power envelope and liquid-cooling commitments that high-density accelerator tiers require. |
| Compute | NVIDIA and AMD, under direct technical alignment | Accelerator selection, tiering and roadmap planning specified against the client's workload profile rather than a single vendor relationship. |
| Platform | Compound Bridge | Sovereign cloud platform engineering on OpenStack and Kubernetes, network fabric and storage design, AI operations, and the migration path from existing estates. |
| Capital | Formal financial institutions, introduced by Compound Bridge | Off-balance-sheet structuring, hardware-as-a-service, insurance cover, and development finance routes where the facility qualifies for them. |
Partner relationships are formalised under executed agreements. Reference calls with any named partner are available on request.
Master Power Technologies — the facility, engineered in parallel
Master Power Technologies designs and builds the physical facility, covering power, cooling, containment, security and certification. We design and operate the compute within it. The two designs are executed concurrently, which prevents the retrofits that follow when infrastructure and IT decisions are taken separately.
For the client this produces one accountable team across the whole envelope: the building, the plant, the racks, the fabric, the platform and the workload. It also provides direct access to the equipment supply chain and to certified data centre space.

The combined proposition
Master Power Technologies builds the most resilient facility in the market. Compound Bridge ensures the most capable infrastructure sits inside it, financed, compliant and returning value from commissioning.
| Master Power Technologies | Compound Bridge |
|---|---|
| Turnkey data centre build | GPU cluster architecture |
| UPS and standby generation | Network fabric and storage |
| DX, adiabatic and liquid cooling | Sovereign cloud platform |
| Containment, security and fire | AI software stack and operations |
| Uptime Institute certification | Financing and structuring |
| AIVA infrastructure analytics | Skills transfer and handover |
Digital Parks Africa — space, power and proximity
Certified, carrier-proximate data centre space with a committed power envelope is the scarcest input in an African AI programme. It is harder to secure at short notice than the accelerators themselves, and our relationship with Digital Parks Africa is how we obtain it.
Digital Parks Africa provides the landing point for staged GPU estates. Capacity is contracted in tranches, so that a client commits to the second tranche against demonstrated demand rather than a forecast, and with the liquid-cooling provision that current accelerator tiers require.
A credible start date. Space and power secured in parallel with design, so that the critical path is the build rather than a wait for capacity to become available.
Density without rebuilding. Capacity contracted against the thermal and electrical profile of the accelerators actually specified, including liquid-cooled tiers.
Carrier proximity. Interconnection to the networks that matter for latency-sensitive workloads and for the replication paths a disaster recovery design depends on.
Staged commitment. Tranche-based capacity, so that contracted space and committed capital expand together as demand is proven.
Design and secure
Between Master Power Technologies and Digital Parks Africa, Compound Bridge can design both the equipment and the facility, and secure both the equipment and the space, under one programme, one schedule and one accountable party.
Relationship formalised under a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Specific site, capacity and commercial terms are discussed under NDA on a per-programme basis.
