Terms of Use
Draft for Compound Bridge's review. Every fact it asks for is in place; the wording still needs a check before this is published.
1. Who these terms are between
This website is operated by Compound Bridge (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2021/693707/07, of 386A Grant Avenue, Eldoraigne, Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa. Below, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means anyone who uses this site.
The site describes what Compound Bridge does, across AI infrastructure advisory, architecture and integration, financing and structuring, build and managed services, and the standards work around them. It also carries general information about the sector.
2. Acceptance and scope
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
These terms cover use of the website only. They do not govern any service. An engagement between Compound Bridge and your organisation is governed by a separate written agreement you both sign, and by nothing on this website.
3. Use of this website
You may read the site, and print or save a page for your own use or for consideration inside your organisation.
You may not:
- use the site unlawfully, or in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it;
- scrape, crawl or harvest its content by automated means, or use automated tools to submit the enquiry form;
- try to reach any part of the site, the server or the mailbox that you are not authorised to reach, or test the security of the site without our written permission;
- send anything through the site that is false or misleading, that misrepresents you or your organisation, or that carries malicious code.
We may block access from a source that breaks these rules.
4. Information on this website
Nothing on this site is advice. It is general information about the work and the sector, not technical, engineering, financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and not a substitute for advice taken on your own facts.
Nothing on this site is an offer. Descriptions of services, capabilities, partners, structures and timeframes are not offers or quotations, and nothing here binds either you or us.
No advisory or professional relationship is created by using this site. Reading a page, sending the form, or receiving an answer to an enquiry does not make Compound Bridge your adviser. An engagement exists only once Compound Bridge and your organisation have both signed a written agreement, and then only on the terms of that agreement.
The information can change. Capability statements, partner positions, certification positions and timeframes describe the position at the date this page was published. We try to keep the site accurate, but we do not warrant that everything on it is current, complete or free of error when you read it. Where something matters to a decision you are about to take, ask us to confirm it in writing before you rely on it.
5. Intellectual property
The text, design, layout, images, graphics, logos and brand names on this site belong to Compound Bridge, or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other law. Names and marks belonging to other organisations, such as standards bodies and delivery partners, remain theirs.
You may quote a short passage with an acknowledgement of Compound Bridge and, where practical, a link to the page. You may not copy, republish, sell, distribute, modify or make available to others the site or a substantial part of it, or remove any notice of ownership.
To ask permission for anything else, write to hello@compoundbridge.com.
6. Links to other sites
This site links to websites run by others, including delivery partners and standards bodies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle personal information. A link is not an endorsement, and the terms and privacy notice of that website apply when you follow it.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site available and working, but we do not undertake that it will be available at all times or free of errors. Access can be interrupted by maintenance, by a failure at the hosting provider or in a network, or by something outside our control. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site.
8. Personal information
The enquiry form collects personal information. The Privacy Notice explains what is collected, why, how long it is kept, who processes it for us, whether any of it leaves South Africa, and what you can ask us to do about it. Read it at /privacy before you send the form.
The form asks for your consent before it will send. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to the information officer named in the Privacy Notice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
10. Questions about these terms
Write to hello@compoundbridge.com for a question about this site or these terms. If your question is about your personal information, use the information officer's details in the Privacy Notice, so that it is handled as a formal request.
11. Changes and effective date
We may change these terms. The version published on this page applies, and the date below tells you which version you are reading. When we change them, we change the date.
These terms take effect on 1 September 2026.
